Cardinal's Creations takes pride in selling top quality hand soaps, but since these items are made and cut by hand not all the soaps will be the exact same as one another. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please reach out to CardinalsCreations615@gmail.com to defend your case as to why you would like a refund and it shall be read, contemplated and processed within 1-2 business days.  If products are damaged due to mishandled packaging from USPS and are disfigured or broken, please contact CardinalsCreations615@gmail.com with proof and on our behalf, we will send you those items for free with a small shipping fee. If these occurrences happen more than twice, Cardinal's Creations will no longer be sending free services for damaged products.
